Job Description
Title - Construction Project Manager Location - Niagara Falls, NY 14304 Duration - 12 + Months Qualifications: This position operates in a highly complex work environment facilitating the demolition and construction project teams for the NorPro expansion project in Wheatfield. The individual must possess great leadership skills and attention to detail to ensure the safety of existing operations and employees onsite at SGP. Chosen candidate will be excellent at communicating and providing transparency at multiple levels within the organization. They will have proven experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams and complex problem solving. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, including PEMB projects. It is preferred that the candidate have: PMP or equivalent project management certification OSHA 30 certification (required or must be obtained within 90 days) Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices Proven experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of environmental regulations, demolition protocols, and construction safety standards. Familiarity with commissioning processes and technical documentation workflows. Proficiency in project management software and CAD software (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
