Director of Field Service & Innovation - North America

Reports to: VP of R&D, North America.

Prysmian Group is looking for a dynamic leader to drive technical excellence, market growth, and cutting-edge solutions across North America. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team, influence industry standards, and ensure customers receive world-class support.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead field service and innovation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions.
• Build strong customer relationships through technical support and product reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to create impactful solutions.
• Represent Prysmian at trade shows and industry committees (ICEA, IEC, NEMA, etc.).
• Benchmark competitors and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in R&D, field service, or innovation leadership.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Expertise in design thinking, agile, and lean innovation.
• Experience managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
