Job Description

We are a plastic surgery practice seeking a part-time medical receptionist/patient care specialist/medical assistant or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated individual to maintain the front office and represent our medical practice with professionalism.

A minimum of two (2) years experience as a medical receptionist or patient care specialist is required.

Qualifications:

• The employee will be chosen based on his/her communication skills, confidence, politeness, and confidentiality.
• Individuals must have excellent customer service skills, able to work in a team environment, Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments as required. Answering patients' questions regarding basic medical tests and procedures.
• Providing instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for examinations and procedures. Confirming patient appointments.
• Must be confident in patient care.

Duties:

• Position will be directly involved with patient care.
• Must have patient care experience or experience as a medical assistant.
• Need to be extremely organized.

Hours: Three (3) days a week, flexible days
