Compensation Highlights:

The role offers an hourly rate of $28.09 - $34.80 with union-led benefits and an attractive signing/retention bonus.

Your Role and Professional Competencies

Stepping into this function, your expertise in maintaining plant equipment and infrastructure is pivotal. You'll partake in installation, preventive maintenance initiatives, troubleshooting, and offer general support to associated electrical endeavors.

Qualifications Essential for Success

• Possessing an Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or an equivalent technical administration.
• A minimum of three years expertise in industrial maintenance and mechanical operations.
• Proficiency in welding serves as a bonus advantage.

Demonstrate Your Competency

• Articulate in conveying ideas and interpreting technical documents.
• Proficient in technology software such as SAP.
• Experienced in the operation of industrial vehicles and machines.
• Ability to perform under minimal oversight.
• Available for overtime, ensuring operational continuity.

Daily Responsibilities and Efficiency Focus

• Ensure the seamless operation of complex mechanical systems through expert troubleshooting.
• Communicate with original equipment manufacturers to maintain parts availability.
• Document and improve operational capability through comprehensive reporting.
• Engage actively in safety and training programs for optimal site performance.
• Assess and propose measures to enhance system reliability.
