We are seeking a skilled HotSpring Brand Spa Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HotSpring spas and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in spa and hot tub repair, including troubleshooting electrical and plumbing systems, replacing components, and performing routine maintenance. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HotSpring brand spas, including pumps, heaters, jets, control systems, and plumbing.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and water chemistry testing.
Troubleshoot electrical components, including circuit boards, sensors, and wiring.
Replace and install spa components such as filters, jets, and covers.
Educate customers on proper spa care and maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repairs.
Keep tools and work vehicle organized and stocked with necessary parts.
Stay up-to-date with HotSpring spa models, features, and repair techniques.
