Your shift is a 12-hour rotation—some days, some nights—but you work just 15 days each month, gaining 7 full days off within the cycle. You support furnace operations, help keep material flowing, and make the floor safer and more efficient for everyone.
Assist in all furnace operations in a timely, safe manner to keep the shift productive. You’ll support material handling, communicate with teammates, and operate within strict safety procedures in a high-temperature industrial environment.
