Job Summary:

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality components that meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend sheet metal according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and back gauges as needed for production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience operating a press brake or in metal fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
