Job Description: Production Coordinator | Stony Brook Wholehearted Foods
Location: Geneva, NY. Schedule: 30 - 34 Hours Weekly (Flexible) | Monday - Friday. Compensation: $25 - $34 per hour, or salary negotiable. Stony Brook Wholehearted Foods is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our operations in Geneva. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-standard food manufacturing processes where quality and safety are top priorities.Responsibilities:
Assist in food manufacturing and packaging, ensuring every product meets quality standards before it leaves the facility. Prepare products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and safety. Take ownership of equipment maintenance, including preventative maintenance and Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures. Maintain high personal and professional hygiene standards. This includes strict adherence to sanitation rules to maintain a clean and sanitary production area. Maintain accurate daily logs for cleaning and operational checks, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready. Conduct daily cleanup of trays, utensils, and machinery according to established checklists to ensure the facility is ready for the next shift.The Ideal Candidate:
