Now hiring a Production Manager for a manufacturing company in Medina.

Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm.

Weekly pay starting at $16 per hour, but could be more depending on experience.

The Production Manager oversees meat prep, seasoning, marinating, and dehydration while focusing on workflow efficiency and enforcing strict food safety regulations.

Job Duties:

• Develop and manage production schedules, optimize workflow for meat processing, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Implement and enforce processing standards enduring product equality and compliance.
• Control raw material inventory, manage warehouse stock, and coordinate with purchasing for supplies.
• Supervise raw room staff, provide training, manage performance, and faster an efficient work environment.
• Oversee setup, maintenance, and repair of production machinery.
• Monitor production budgets, track costs, and generate reports on production.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment while solving problems.
