[ Duties ]

• Be the Companies Face, a Pleasant , Intelligent Person, Greeting People with a GOOD Friendly SMILE & Positive Attitude when they walk thru the door, NOT a Robot or someone with an Antagonistic Personality !!!
• It is a Family Owned & Run Business, YOU would Assist the 3-Owners with THEIR NEEDS & the Project Managers Too.
• Help with Copying Binders for Presentations, to More Responsible Meaningful work, helping them with Organizing Spreadsheets, ( it’s low level EXCEL, BUT EXCEL Knowledge is a MUST !)
• You would Work Directly under one of the Owners, and as You Become Accustomed to “THEIR WAYS” and Trust is Built Up, then of course they would move YOU onto Bigger Things, which would ALSO Include Raises as YOU “CLIME the LADDER” !
• Would be Answering Calls, Processing Mail, Filing, Typing and other Secretarial Work.

[ Requirements ]

• Minimum of 1-year of administration/clerical exerience
• Speaks Well
• Good Retention / Memory Skills
• Good Dress, Hair, Smile & Body Hygiene
