Core Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the crew during your shift to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Operations: Assist with opening or closing procedures, including cash handling and system balancing.
• Quality Control: Ensure every slice of pizza meets our brand standards for freshness and presentation.
• Training: Help train new team members on safety, service, and food preparation.
• Customer Service: Handle customer questions or concerns with a professional attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of previous job experience (Restaurant or Retail preferred).
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to DeForest, WI is required.
• License: A valid Driver's License is preferred.
