Provide detailed information about our products and services, including usage, benefits, and care instructions. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, striving to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and ensure products are well stocked. Assist with the training of new staff on customer service protocols and product knowledge. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare, medical assisting, or customer service is a plus.
