Take the next step in your career with us! **Position Specific Description** This position involves executing the routine inspection, analysis, and management of sheep and other livestock operating at a solar site. Needs to have the physical ability to safely handle sheep, lambs, and livestock guardian dogs and the knowledge of how to effectively utilize them as a means for vegetation management. This position will be responsible for the overall health, proliferation, and effectiveness of the herd at the respective solar site as well as the site's overall vegetation management. Must be able to perform work independently within supervisded guidelines and in all weather, including extreme heat and cold. **Job Overview** Solar Utility Technician Leaders in this job provide the first line of guidance as the working leader for technicians who perform Vegetation management and Site Equipment PM work. Employees in this role schedule all mobile equipment routine maintenance, maintain parts inventory, monitor mobile equipment performance, diagnose problems, and make recommendations to optimize efficiency.
