Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Women’s Apparel Buyer / Merchandising Consultant to support the launch of our women’s clothing retail business in the United States.

This role focuses on assortment planning, sourcing, and buying strategy for ready-to-wear women’s apparel.

⚠️ Important:
This is not a design or manufacturing role. We do not produce garments. The position is focused on sourcing ready-made apparel from U.S.-based suppliers, wholesalers, brands, and showrooms.

Key responsibilities:

Build and plan the initial women’s apparel assortment
Define product mix by category, style, color, and size
Recommend size ranges and size distribution (U.S. standards)
Develop color assortments aligned with market trends and price points
Identify and recommend reliable U.S. suppliers and wholesalers
Support buying decisions and quantities per style
Advise on retail pricing and positioning

This is a remote, project-based consulting role with the possibility of ongoing collaboration as the business grows. The ideal candidate has strong experience in women's apparel buying and US retail and boutique market.
