Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals • High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community • Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills About Company: CW Solutions values balance and flexibility - work as much or as little as you'd like!
