Job Overview: SoftClouds LLC is looking for NetSuite ERP Cloud Administrator --- with at least 5 years of experience administering NetSuite in complex environments. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients’ NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless integrations with eCommerce, POS, and WMS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite administration, as well as experience with integration and troubleshooting to maintain efficient and automated workflows across business operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, administration, and customization (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow).
· Proficiency in working with NetSuite's web services and API integrations.
· Solid understanding of integration platforms like Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
· Experience with middleware or integration tools for eCommerce, POS, and WMS systems.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Experience with advanced NetSuite reporting and SuiteAnalytics.
· Multiple projects delivered within NetSuite's SuiteCloud development environment.
· Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, or global NetSuite environments.
· Knowledge of data synchronization and data mapping techniques for integrations.
· Ability to perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.
Qualifications:
·5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator, or in a similar ERP system admin role.
· Experience across multiple full cycle implementations.
· Proven experience managing and optimizing NetSuite ERP Cloud in a production environment
· Strong knowledge of:
o NetSuite core modules: Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, etc.
o SuiteCloud Platform: SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow (workflow automation), SuiteTalk (Web Services), and SuiteBuilder.
o Saved Searches, Dashboards, Custom Reports, and KPIs in NetSuite
· Experience supporting cross-functional departments such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and Warehousing.
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with third party commerce, POS and WMS systems.
· Background in Finance/accounting and experience working directly with Accounting end users to triage data and business issues.
