We are seeking a Workforce Planning Transformation Lead to join our global People team, where innovation knows no borders. The successful candidate leads with impact-shaping enterprise workforce strategy by providing forward-looking insights and enabling data-driven talent decisions that support Sabre's long-term goals. As a Workforce Planning Transformation Lead at the Senior Principal level, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders, driving critical workforce design and capacity planning initiatives. You will lead company-wide modeling and forecasting efforts and provide deep insights into workforce dynamics, risks and opportunities. This role requires advanced technical, consultative and leadership skills to influence decisions at all levels. This position has 2 related but distinct roles, with 80% of the work in a Transformation role and 20% of the work in a Workforce Planning role. Key responsibilities in the Transformation role: + **See the big picture** and **align transformation initiatives with long-term business goals** . + **Lead change initiatives** related to job architecture and workforce planning. + **Lead workforce transformation initiatives** including automation, reskilling, and new role development. + **Craft compelling narratives around transformation goals** . + **Lead cultural shifts** , manage resistance, and sustain momentum. + **Support organizational change management efforts** to ensure smooth transitions. + **Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams** . + **Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives** (such as lean or six sigma). + **Communicate transformation goals and progress** to senior leadership and employees. Key responsibilities in the Workforce Planning role: + Conduct **supply and demand analysis** to identify talent gaps and surpluses. + Partner with business leaders **to align workforce plans with organizational goals** . + **Translate business and financial plans into optimal workforce plans** that guide talent acquisition, internal mobility, partner providers of contingent workers, and cost control. + Partner with Sabre Finance and People Team on **financial plans, forecasts, scenario models, and long-term outlooks** . + **Communicate complex workforce strategies to stakeholders** in a clear and actionable manner. + Perform **analysis and reporting on Sabre workforce** and provide **financial oversight** . + Develop and automate **financial reporting, workforce metrics, and dashboards** delivered to key audiences, providing timely and actionable workforce insights. + Partner with the People Team, Finance, and distributed Operations teams to lead strategic planning cycles, modeling organizational design, workforce investments, and productivity. + Collaborate across multiple functions to **develop business cases** . + Coordinate and complete **special projects** . Preferred qualifications and education + Minimum 15 years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, resource management, strategic analysis, and/or software development, preferably across multiple of these areas. + Expert-level proficiency in workforce analytics, modeling, and forecasting. + Strong proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). + Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions and influence C-level stakeholders. + Strong experience with enterprise planning tools and visualization platforms such as Workday, Fieldglass, Broadcom Rally, ServiceNow, etc. Able to participate in selection and configuration of such tools. + Proven success in guiding large-scale system and data initiatives by collaborating with senior HR, IT, and business leaders. + Familiarity with agile workforce models and future-of-work trends. + Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for business stakeholders. + Dynamic portfolio of skills enabling concurrently working on and switching to a wide variety of tasks. + Bachelor's degree in business, economics, analytics, or a related field required; master's degree or MBA preferred. **Benefits/Perks:** + Competitive compensation + Generous Paid Time Off (5 weeks PTO your first year!) + 4 days (one per quarter) of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) + Year-End break from Dec 26th - Dec 31st + We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and Wellness Programs + Paid parental leave + An infrastructure that allows flexible working arrangements + Formal and informal reward, recognition, and acknowledgment programs Reasonable Accommodation Sabre is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to applicants with disabilities.
